We only collect what you choose to give us: your email address when you join the Coast Report or the season waitlist, your name and email when you join an event waitlist, and your name, business, email, and message when a venue sends us a partnership inquiry.
Like most websites, we also keep basic, anonymous visit statistics (such as which pages are viewed) to understand how the site is used. We do not collect payment information on this site.
We use your information to send you event updates, waitlist invitations, and the Coast Report, and to reply to venue inquiries. That's it.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share it with the trusted services that help us run the site and send email, and only as needed to do that.
Photos and video taken at our events may appear on our website and social media, as described in our Code of Conduct. If you'd like something removed, email info@beachcitysocials.com and we'll take it down.
Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also email info@beachcitysocials.com at any time to ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we have about you.
We use reputable, secure services to store your information and limit access to the Beach City Socials team.
Our events and this site are intended for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
